Don brings more than 30 years of experience leading businesses and complex technology initiatives across telecommunications, engineering services, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
Throughout his career, he has worked across the entire business lifecycle—from strategy and business development to product development, operations, large-scale deployments, organizational transformation, and profitability improvement.

Today, Don works with technology companies and startups that have an opportunity to grow but need greater clarity around where to focus, how to position themselves, how to scale, or how to turn their technology and expertise into new products and revenue streams.
His experience includes building a telecom managed-services business from $3M to $32M, leading organizations responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in operating and capital expenditures, developing international wireless networks, and advising technology companies working with AI, data, cloud, analytics, and digital twins.
